Whatever.

"Dear Mr. Moss,

Your petition for a late enrollment for was reviewed by Registration and Records Appeal Committee in Enrollment Management.

No evidence of university error was documented. Typically such requests are not approved unless evidence of university error exists. According to the University catalog, "Enrollment is complete only when all your enrollment requests have been properly recorded and you have paid all fees, deposits, and charges. Instructions and dates for enrolling in MyCSUEB, the Cal State East Bay enrollment system, are published quarterly in the online Class Schedule (http://www.csueastbay.edu/schedule)". (http://www.csueastbay.edu/ecat/current/i-110reg.html#))

For these reasons, and in accordance with University policy, the Committee is unable to approve your request. Therefore, it is recommended that you contact the department regarding the possibility of enrolling in this course in a future quarter in order to receive credit for the classes you are currently attending. If a course is not offered, our office is willing to accept a Special Registration Petition to process your enrollment; please work with the department for approval and assistance with this form if needed.

Please note that all decisions made by the Appeals Committee are final. We are sorry that you may be disappointed by this decision, but please know that we wish you the best of luck with your future studies.

Best regards,

Office of the Registrar
Planning and Enrollment Management"
